A unique blend of mostly Petite Verdot with also Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Petite Sirah, Tempranillo & Touriga from vineyards in Paso Robles and Santa Barbara. Old World winemaking in the New World; Fermented in Stainless Steel with native yeasts, aged in neutral barriques, bottled unfined
