Nova Pilbeam Finish:Float frame 'Miseries of LondonNova Pilbeam (b. 1919) British actress, c1930s c1940s. Pilbeam was a famous child actress on stage and screen in the UK. Her biggest successes were her two films directed by Alfred Hitchcock: The Man Who Knew Too Much (1934) and Young and Innocent (1937). She married director Pen Tennyson in 1939 and retired in the 1940s.
