Vintage U.S. Capitol Plate rodent_collectible the scissors are marked GermanyA lovely vintage U. S. Capitol plate by Silesia Austria. The small plate was decorated by Tatler & Lawson. Lovely graphic and a soft green and gold edge. The small decorative plate measures approximately 7 1 2" in diameter and is in good vintage condition.
