A big and beautiful old set of geometric solid blocks--or more likely a number of partial sets mixed together over time

and then these two little nailed on columns at either side of the front doors

It remains housed in its original box (though with one edge lost and a repaired split in the lid) as well as with five hand-colored plates showing the pictures on each side

The hand-painted mark on the underside dates it 1904-22

but also flaxseed
