Jean Harlow coldness England 173-2 (40Jean Harlow (1911 1937), American actress, c1930s c1940s. Harlow's big break in Hollywood came when Howard Hughes cast her in his sound remake of Hell's Angels (1930). She went on to appear in a number of films (including The Public Enemy (where she appeared with James Cagney) and Platinum Blonde (both 1931)) before her untimely death at the age of 26. It was roles such as theo one in Platinum Blonde which earned her the nickname The Blonde Bombshell.
