8 cm tear from the left edge inward (has a 9 x 3 cm strip of tape on the back of it and the adhesive has lightly stained through to the front) 10 cm vertical crease from the inner edge of the tear upwards

tiny white speckles within the black background where it has not saturated fully

a little dark print has transferred into the white background near the right edge
