Description
6% and matured for 18 months in 75% new and 25% one-year-old French oak hogsheads (300 liters) and puncheons (500liters)
There is excellent freshness to the distinctly earthy and sauvage red and dark berry fruit aromas that display floral top notes and a hint of spice
cherry and leather notes
The Salicutti 2015 Brunello di Montalcino Piaggione is a mid-weight red wine with a deep and lasting aromatic impact

Marc Roy, Gevrey Chambertin Clos Prieur other_regions_australia 6% and matured for 18An earthier and more sauvage inflected nose reflects notes of various dark berries, plus, earth and a whiff of humus. Here the medium bodied flavors are denser if a bit less refined while exhibiting better minerality on the complex, long and moderately firmer finale. As it usually is, this is excellent and worth your interest.
