Charming Old Pied Piper Tempera Painting on Brown Paper black and white sign 4 1/4" long x 1I found this wonderful old painting tempera, I believe, on brown paper bag or craft paper in a very dirty old frame where it was taped to piece of cardboard and starting to deteriorate, but I loved it so much there was no way I was not going to rescue it! You can see that the area around the top of his shirt and right arm shows loss and is quite fragile; I've just set it atop a new sheet of cardboard to stabilize it for the time being, but best would
