Most of the time I resist, but I gave in to this very old one, which I love for the elongated shape of the steel blade and its strait, simple wooden handle. The wood is worn smooth and a little shiny. I imagine it could be sharpened up and used from now until forever, but also great just hung on the wall in the kitchen. 6" x 6 " x 1 1 4".
