After a month of conditioning, we add Brazilian Amburana wood spirals and 2 pounds per barrel of Madagascar, Ugandan and Tahitian vanilla beans for another month of conditioning. Expect flavors and aromas of snickerdoodles, vanilla ice cream and crme
