In bronze gilt, the obverse featuring engraved two hands reaching a heart on the centre, along with motto MANUM TUAM APERVIT INOPE, the reverse with engraved Philipine coat of arms, measuring 42. 00 mm (w) x 54. 48 mm (h inclusive of the integral ring), suspended by original full length ribbon, light contact, extremely fine.
