In silver gilt, consisting of a pleasant enameled red Holy Sepulchre Cross with ornament integral ring featuring hand etched details, adorned by a Vatican trophy of arms, constructed of two pieces, highly detailed, partially enameled, and the reverse with hand etched details, measuring 48. 11 mm (w) x 92. 36 mm (h inclusive of trophy of arms), with
