Constructed of silver, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with a central cogwheel on a hollow background, overlaid by a TeNo insignia, the reverse with a silver content number of 800, measuring 39. 74 mm (w) x 51. 24 mm (h), weighing 13. 4 grams, missing its vertical pinback, in overall better than very fine condition.
