Constructed of a gilded silver alloy with multi coloured enamels, obverse consisting of a multi pointed starburst with ribbed and pebbled rays, bearing a central circular laurel wreath featuring 10 small rubies, surrounding a Hungarian national flag, the reverse with four visible blasted rivets securing the obverse insignia in position, with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback
